At our restaurant, you can enjoy a wide variety of Chinese dishes, mainly baked gyoza and sui-gyoza,
We also have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages that go well with our food.
Not to mention the standard izakaya drinks,
High quality beer born in Taiwan with a smooth, yet refreshing and crisp taste [Taiwan Beer] and
White liquor is a traditional Chinese distilled spirit, and is familiar to people in the same way as authentic shochu in Japan,
You can also enjoy Chinese restaurant-style drinks, such as the 10-year aged Shaoxing wine, which has been aged for a long time and has an even stronger flavor.
We also recommend taking a breather with a cup of Fujian jasmine tea or Pu'er tea served in a teapot.

Our specialties are yaki-gyoza and sui-gyoza, though,
To make crispy yaki gyoza (baked dumplings) and plump and chewy sui-gyoza (dumplings),
Each piece is carefully handmade from the skin.
Also, the bean paste is made with sweet and melt-in-your-mouth "baumkuchen pork" and vegetables.
We made them in a distribution that maximizes the taste of each other.
One bite and you will feel the flavor and juices of the meat spreading in your mouth.
